Talentpluto is a fast-growing AI and data infrastructure startup focused on automating data extraction from documents. They are seeking a Founding Growth professional to drive revenue through outbound prospecting and deal closure, collaborating closely with founders to shape sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and targeted calling
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and progress them through the funnel
- Run discovery calls and product demos with operations and finance stakeholders
- Learn and take ownership of closing motions as you ramp
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts
- Collaborate with founders to refine ICPs, messaging, and sales strategy
- Contribute to building early sales playbooks, processes, and systems
Skills
- 1+ years of professional experience in sales, GTM, or a related role
- Strong desire to close deals and own revenue outcomes
- Willingness to learn full-cycle sales (training provided if you haven't closed before)
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
- High work ethic, resilience, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ownership mindset with the ability to operate without heavy structure
- Familiarity with sales or automation tools is a plus, but not required
