Immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of finance where your contributions are valued and your career can flourish!Position:This position supports our client, a financial services institution, and is based in a call center environment where Financial Service Professionals answer 25-40 inbound calls from financial advisors.Responsibilities:
• Support Advisors & Investors: Serve as the first point of contact for financial advisors with questions about deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Help advisors navigate LPL’s Move Money tool, troubleshoot documentation or allocation errors, and ensure transactions are processed accurately.
• Provide Guidance on Forms & Documentation: Review forms for completeness and compliance, assisting advisors in getting set up correctly and ensuring proper tax allocation reporting.
• Deliver High-Volume Service with Quality: Handle approximately 25–40 inbound calls daily, balancing speed, accuracy, and a high level of professionalism.
• Communicate Effectively in Writing: Draft clear and concise internal communications, notes, and follow-up documentation to support transaction accuracy and advisor satisfaction.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal departments to research, escalate, and resolve complex issues, maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
• Maintain Performance Standards: Operate within key service metrics such as average handle time, hold time, and transfer rates while delivering top-tier service quality.

Pay:
• $25.00/hour
• Hours paid for hours worked
Training:
• Day 1 is on site
• The rest of training is 100% remote
• 7:00am - 3:30pm MST
• Monday – Friday
Shifts After Training:
• Each candidate is required to have 6:00am-6:00pm MST availability Monday - Friday
• M-F
• 30 min. for lunch and 2 – 15min. breaks throughout the day
Work from Home Requirements:
• Must have own reliable home internet with an upload speed of 10 MBPS and a download speed of 25 MBPS.
• Quiet, distraction-free environment with a desk.
• Must be located within 30 miles of Tempe, AZ.
