As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing projects and proposals related to revenue, strategy, capital, operations, and expense, utilizing computer modeling techniques to drive informed decision-making. Your duties will include:

• Performing financial and operational performance analyses to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Assisting with assigned projects by performing, analyzing, and tracking financial, statistical, and computer modeling techniques to support department recommendations
• Maintaining analysis models to support recommendations provided to management
• Reviewing financial plans for completeness and consistency with established objectives and priorities
• Assisting management in determining and defining the business impact of proposed systems, capital investments, and/or product changes
• Preparing, reporting on, and tracking feasibility/profitability studies related to proposed corporate programs and strategies
• Providing input in the interpretation of new/changing securities rules, regulations, policies, or laws, and updating processes for compliance
• Planning and executing remediation efforts for identified issues with minimal guidance and support

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, finance, or a related discipline, and relevant experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit, or operational analysis. The specific requirements vary by level, including:

• Finance Executive Advisor Level: 6+ years of experience
• Financial Advisor Level: 5+ years of experience
• Sr Financial Analyst Level: 4+ years of experience
• Financial Analyst Level: 2+ years of experience
• Associate Financial Analyst Level: some previous experience in financial analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of financial analysis applying common financial metrics and methodologies, such as Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), allocation, and fixed/variable methodologies, is preferred.
