We are a fast-growing functional health & wellness brand looking for an experienced Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager who is highly proficient in GoHighLevel.
Important:
We already have campaigns, funnels, ads, copy, and graphics created.
This role is about execution, optimization, scaling, and reporting — not creative building from scratch.
What You’ll Be Running Traffic To:
Live & evergreen webinars
Group coaching / health programs
Supplement product sales (Shopify + GoHighLevel integrations)
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Launch and monitor ads inside GoHighLevel
Optimize for:
Cost per lead
Webinar registrations
Program conversions
Supplement ROAS
Daily/weekly performance monitoring
A/B testing audiences, hooks, and creatives (we provide assets)
Retargeting setup and optimization
Clear, simple weekly performance reporting
Scale winning campaigns responsibly
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience running Facebook & Instagram ads
Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel
Experience driving traffic to:
Webinars
Funnels
Online programs or coaching offers
Experience with eCommerce or supplement brands is a HUGE plus
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Nice to Have (Bonus)
Experience in health, wellness, or functional medicine niches
Experience with Shopify + Meta ads
Understanding of compliance in health advertising
Retargeting and LTV-based ad strategies
