About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Uphold Community Guidelines: Monitor group activity to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations, taking appropriate action when necessary, such as warning members or removing posts that violate the guidelines.
- Respond to Member Requests: Address account-related or product inquiries, concerns, and requests from group members in a timely and professional manner, providing helpful information and support on a case-by-case basis.
- Foster Engagement: Encourage and facilitate meaningful discussions within the group by sharing relevant content, asking questions, and engaging with members to maintain a dynamic and lively community.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
