Our team of experts, certified in various fields such as physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, and Pilates, has developed a comprehensive training program that ensures our Flexologists provide world-class stretching sessions. As a Flexologist, you will undergo our 3-day training program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training, to become an expert in assisted stretching.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients, tailored to their specific needs and goals
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions to ensure a positive and engaging experience
• Ensure the safety of clients by enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules, and maintaining proper stretch techniques
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals and promoting a sense of community within the studio
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the industry
• Handle member concerns and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
• Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership, interaction, and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Essential Qualifications

• A passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
• A background in personal training, massage, physical therapy, dance/yoga/Pilates instruction, or a related field
• A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies
• Availability to attend our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a boutique fitness environment
• Certification in a related field such as yoga, Pilates, or personal training
• Knowledge of stretching and flexibility techniques, and the ability to apply them in a one-on-one setting
