**Job Summary**
As a Work From Home Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. **Key Responsibilities**
* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and order processing

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
* Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Basic understanding of Windows operating system
