What You'll Do
As a Web Chat Customer Engagement Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in bridging the gap between online visitors and our dealership clients. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through real-time online chat conversations while generating qualified leads that help our clients grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Real-Time Customer Engagement: Manage multiple simultaneous chat conversations with website visitors inquiring about vehicles, services, financing options, and general dealership information. You'll be the first point of contact for potential buyers researching their next purchase.
- Product Knowledge Expertise: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive and recreational vehicle products, including new and pre-owned inventory, features, pricing, and competitive advantages. Stay current on industry trends, manufacturer incentives, and financing programs.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Effectively capture customer contact information and qualifying details to create actionable leads for our dealer clients. Understand customer needs, preferences, and buying timelines to ensure proper routing and follow-up.
