Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving results
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate, work independently, and manage your time effectively
- Knowledge of customer service software and technologies, including CRM systems, helpdesk software, and other tools and platforms
