As a key member of our guest relations and operations support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, leveraging technology to drive efficiency, and building strong relationships with our vendors. If you're a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * **Guest Relations** + Provide exceptional service to guests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience + Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with management via Slack + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by consistently delivering exceptional service + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms * **Company Tasks** + Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems + Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management **Essential Qualifications** * **Language Skills** + Fluency in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills + Ability to speak clearly on the phone and use a VoiP to communicate with guests and vendors * **Technical Skills** + Proficiency in Guesty and/or HostAI, with experience leveraging AI for comprehensive guest messaging + Deep familiarity with ChatGPT and ability to leverage its capabilities + Experience with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield + Working knowledge of business financials/accounting and ability to assist with the onboard of accounting systems * **Soft Skills** + Excellent multitasking and time management skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications** * **Experience** + Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field + Experience working with short-term rental platforms, such as Airbnb or VRBO * **Education** + High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred **Work Environment and Company Culture** * **Remote Work** + Work from the comfort of your own home or office, with a reliable internet connection + Flexible schedule with opportunities for part-time overnight shifts * **arenaflex Culture** + Collaborative and dynamic work environment + Opportunities for professional growth and development + Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary** + Competitive hourly rate for a contract-to-hire position * **Benefits** + Opportunities for health insurance, retirement savings, and other benefits + Paid time off and holidays * **Perks** + Access to cutting-edge technology and tools + Opportunities for professional growth and development + Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
