Job Summary

As a Videophone Customer Care Agent - Tier 1, you'll be responsible for answering calls through videophone from blithequark personnel and customers nationwide. Your duties will include account management, providing basic customer support, troubleshooting, and training customers on products and services to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
