Job Summary

As a Track and Trace Representative - Evening Shift, you will be responsible for all day-to-day aspects of track and trace pertaining to loads in transit. You will work closely with other team members, Account Managers, Carrier Sales, and Drivers to ensure that all processes are being efficiently and successfully executed. Your schedule will be Thursday to Monday, with Tuesday and Wednesday off, and your working hours will be from 4 pm to 12 am EST. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with our Carrier base via phone or email daily to track and trace all assigned shipments, ensuring that all loads are being updated properly and that any issues or delays are promptly addressed.
• Follow all processes for the Load Management team and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in our operations.
• Maintain accurate tracking to ensure that all loads are being updated properly daily, and escalate any issues or concerns to your Manager in a timely manner.
• Attend daily meetings to discuss the previous night's notes on all loads, and provide feedback and suggestions for improving our processes and procedures.
• Keep daily notes on carrier-load situations that occur, and report back to your Manager daily to ensure that all issues are being properly documented and addressed.
• Ensure proper communication through various avenues is met internally and externally, including with Carriers, Account Managers, and other stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience in Track and Trace or a related field, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
