Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be working remotely, with occasional on-site visits as necessary, to manage client networks and provide Tier II Microsoft Administration support. Your exceptional client-facing and communication skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their IT requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Manage client networks remotely and on-site, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability
- Provide Tier II Microsoft Administration support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and resolving problems efficiently
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs, delivering tailored solutions and recommendations to enhance their network operations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of client networks, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other cloud-based solutions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in Microsoft Administration and cloud computing
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Server 2003/2008/2008R2, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Cisco Routers and Switches, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with WatchGuard Firewall Appliances and other brands, including configuration and management
- Experience with VMware, including P2V migrations, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of AVAYA IP Telephone Systems, including configuration and management
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Azure, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting
- Certifications in Microsoft Administration, such as MCSA or MCSE, are highly valued
- Experience working in a cloud-based environment, including cloud application development and hosting
- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
