Key Responsibilities
As a System Analyst II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing site updates with a high degree of accuracy (95%) to maintain the integrity and functionality of our online platforms.
- Identifying, triaging, and resolving reported incidents across major platforms to minimize downtime and ensure swift resolution.
- Training end-users on resolution steps and implementing change requests on websites to improve user experience and efficiency.
- Communicating, planning, scheduling, and manipulating data for metrics and program-related issues to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- Analyzing, reviewing, measuring, and reporting on Service Level Performance against SLAs to ensure we meet our service commitments.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience that demonstrates your ability to perform the duties of the role.
- A minimum of 4 years of military active duty or relevant experience that showcases your technical and analytical skills.
