About StretchLab and Our Mission

At StretchLab, our Co-Founders, who come from the personal training industry, have created a unique approach to empower clients to "Live Long." Our team of experts, certified in various related fields such as physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more, is dedicated to providing world-class stretching sessions. With our proprietary Flexologist training program, we ensure that our clients receive exceptional care and attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients, providing a safe and welcoming environment for all.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions to help them achieve their goals.
• Build and retain StretchLab membership by providing exceptional client experiences and promoting our services.
• Ensure safety and proper technique during stretch sessions, enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the industry.
• Handle member concerns and assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful as a Stretch Therapist at StretchLab, you will need:

• A background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates or yoga instruction, or dance instruction.
• A fitness certification and/or an associate's or bachelor's degree in a fitness and health-related field.
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
• A passion for helping clients achieve their goals and a professional work ethic.
• Reliability and adherence to our attendance policies.
• Availability to complete our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a boutique fitness environment.
• A passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Knowledge of proper stretch techniques and safety protocols.

Compensation and Benefits
