Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences, investing in our employees' growth and development, and promoting a culture of innovation and creativity. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Store Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service * Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services * Building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers * Processing sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures * Following and achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis * Maintaining precise work order files and formulas * Pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse * Tinting and mixing products, as needed, to customer specifications * Stocking shelves and setting up displays * Cleaning store equipment * Loading/unloading delivery trucks * Assisting in making deliveries, as needed * Maintaining in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas * Remaining knowledgeable on products offered and discussing available options * Complying with inventory control procedures * Suggesting ways to improve sales **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * **Minimum Requirements:** + Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age + Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future + Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License + Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion + Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation * **Preferred Qualifications:** + Have at least a High School diploma or GED + Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position + Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products + Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment + Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language + Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
