Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age or older
Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera
Commit to full attendance for a paid 3-week training period
Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet and a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet)
Not be using mobile internet service providers, satellite, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi adapter/extenders

Essential Qualifications

Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology

Previous experience in a call center environment
