About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Attend daily scrums to stay updated on project developments and contribute to team discussions
- Test specific product categories within the dashboard, reporting on usability issues, bugs, workflow problems, and other technical concerns
- Communicate with clients via live chat and our virtual office to resolve problems, answer questions, and provide timely support
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead product demos and customer onboarding calls to educate clients about our products and services

Requirements
