Job Overview and Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Leader to join our team, responsible for driving the Customer Data Platform strategy and overseeing the successful transport of our organization's use cases associated with customer experience orchestration and the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). As a Senior Technical Program Leader, you will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with high quality, while aligning with our large organization objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the Customer Data Platform strategy, ensuring alignment with organization-wide objectives
- Creating, maintaining, and tracking project plans and schedules, resource estimates, and roadblocks throughout the life of the project
- Leading the planning and implementation of organization-wide use cases, ensuring alignment with business desires and objectives
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to define application controls, governance structures, and success parameters
- Navigating complex challenges, providing solutions, and ensuring that all teams align on a unified vision

Essential Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of guiding teams to achievement
- Strong technical aptitude, specifically with customer data management
- Experience in working in Digital, Ecommerce, Marketing, or Loyalty organizations

- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

- Professional certification in program or project management
- Prior experience working with Adobe Experience Platform or similar customer data systems
