**The Senior Statistics Architect Role**
We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to join our team and drive the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. As a key member of our crew, you'll work closely with utility teams, product and process owners, and Agile teams in technology to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions that meet business needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
### Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs, ensuring seamless integration with our Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
* Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone platform.
* Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
* Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions with high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various use case levels.
* Provide guidance on optimizing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
* Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
* Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.
### Position Requirements
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique.
### Essential Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
* Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
### Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker.
