Job Overview
In this exciting role, you'll join the growing Exhibition Marketing Team at blithequark, a cross-channel team that drives consumer and business growth through various marketing channels, including email, paid advertising, web marketing, brand, social, SEO, ASO, and more. Your daily responsibilities will range from advising marketing profiles of high-value clients to testing and analyzing the effectiveness of new campaigns. You'll collaborate with partners, including senior leaders, across different functions to provide a data-driven perspective on marketing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners to understand core requirements and leverage your expertise to develop flexible solutions that anticipate future needs and scalability
- Become an informed authority on blithequark's marketing metrics and relevant data sources
- Utilize analytical tools (Tableau, SQL, etc.) to support analytical and reporting capabilities
- Identify significant, data-driven insights to improve business performance
- Build and maintain reporting for marketing KPIs and set goals for different drives
- Identify valuable opportunities to enhance or add to existing views of data, resulting in better resources for extracting learnings
- Exercise sound business judgment and influence the direction of blithequark's business by directly working with and presenting results to cross-functional teams
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3 years of relevant business experience handling analytical problems and deriving insights using quantitative methodologies
- Experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or private equity store, or analytical role at a high-growth B2C or marketplace tech company
- Proficient active analytical skills, including SQL, advanced Excel modeling, and Tableau dashboard building required
- Business acumen and a passion for marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and customer growth
- Understanding of statistical significance and experience with A/B testing and experimentation for web or software
- Outstanding problem solver with the ability to pivot between detailed data and high-level insights to drive decisions
- Proactive collaboration and communication within your team and cross-functional groups
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
