Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Air Terminal Client Assistance (ACS) Asset Arranging group, which plays a critical role in investigating key functional and staffing metrics to support operational and financial performance. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing vital insights using analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will help us address business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Developing predictive models and metrics to proactively inform ACS setting up needs, collaborating with cross-functional ACS teams
- Investigating asset utilization and identifying more efficient arrangements
- Communicating related to the execution of asset arranging drives
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in ACS asset arranging
To achieve these objectives, you will be required to perform the following tasks:
- Find and extract data from various sources for use in analysis, modeling, and project development
- Discover and develop new data sources and essential analytical models and tasks
- Apply descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytical techniques to highlight business challenges, potential solutions, and important trade-offs
- Develop new essential analytical models or modify existing ones
- Transform data into meaningful insights using data visualization and analytical storytelling techniques
- Develop complex reports and analyses with guidance from leaders
- Support complex process improvement and project management engagement for both individual functional units and cross-divisional initiatives
- Present findings to OAP and functional unit leaders, including senior leaders
- Act as an internal expert to partners and provide insights to drive results
- Consistently prioritize safety and security, of self and others, as the top priority

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, Python, and R, required
- Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create concise, relevant, and decisively determined reports and presentations for senior leaders
- Be a self-starter, meticulous, and perform well under pressure
- Ability to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment required
- Experience with MS Office required
- Consistently prioritize the safety and security of self, others, and personal data
