Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Checking inventory, processing returns, issuing replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise

Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning
- 1-2 years of previous customer service experience, preferably in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, with capable data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to complete mandatory paid training for 4 weeks, with 100% attendance required
