About the Role The purpose of this role is to successfully convert prospects into long-term business relationships by enrolling more clients into our B2B membership services through inbound calls. As a Remote Sales Closer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for presenting our services as the solution to the prospect's needs, meeting monthly and weekly sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and growing customer accounts through high-ticket membership sales. You will collaborate with our sales team, implement effective organizational techniques, and contribute to the development of our sales process strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Flawlessly present our services as the solution to the prospect's needs, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our B2B membership services - Meet monthly and weekly sales goals, consistently delivering high-quality results and contributing to the growth of our client base - Provide customers with exceptional customer service, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Answer customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability, ensuring that our clients have a comprehensive understanding of our services - Grow customer accounts through high-ticket membership sales, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to existing clients - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, sharing best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales process - Implement effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle, ensuring that our sales pipeline is well-managed and that our clients receive a seamless and personalized experience Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of at least 1 year of experience in closing service sales or other relevant areas, preferably in a B2B environment. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to articulate the value proposition of our services and build rapport with our clients. You will also need to have a computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer, and be available to work full-time.
