- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, taking the time to understand their unique needs and preferences
- Provide accurate, concise, and appropriate responses to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems, consistently meeting the highest standards of customer service
- Promote interest in blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where applicable
- Consistently achieve established standards of the position, continually striving for excellence and improvement in all aspects of your work
- Portray and project a positive and professional image, reflecting the values and mission of blithequark in all interactions with clients and colleagues
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our customer service function
Essential Qualifications
