As a Remote LTC Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, you'll work closely with our team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of prescriptions, while maintaining productivity and quality standards. **Position Details** * Work schedule: 9:00AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday, and alternating weekends (Option 1) or 10:00AM-6:30PM Monday through Friday, and alternating weekends (Option 2) * FrameWorks LTC Experience required, Docutrack preferred * Must currently live in a state arenaflex is licensed in: AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, MO, PA, OH, WI **Responsibilities** As a Remote LTC Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, your key responsibilities will include: * Contacting physician's offices as needed for refill authorization * Contacting clients for verification of orders as needed * Processing all new and refill prescriptions * Opening orders as needed, verifying eligibility, proof, and inputting prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards * Documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system * Preparing audit sheets and providing feedback to manager * Forwarding incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for resolution and tracking status in the system * Initiating and documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system * May assist with research of lost or missing orders per internal department requests * May provide backup support to other pharmacy groups based on business needs or production levels * Answering incoming calls promptly and providing high standards of customer service to clients **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High School diploma or general education degree (GED) * Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements * Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred * FrameWorks and Docutrack experience preferred * Ability to work in a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays **Qualifications Preferred** * Pharmacy data entry experience; minimum one year * Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology **Why Work for Us?** At arenaflex, we're proud to be a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
