Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Live Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner.
- Build strong relationships with new customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized support to achieve their goals.
- Promote client products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
- Maintain a high level of productivity, consistently achieving established standards and demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
- Provide administrative support as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Continually portray a positive and professional image, representing our company and clients in a respectful and courteous manner.
