About the Role: Empowering Clinicians, Enhancing Client Care
We're seeking an experienced Remote Licensed Therapist to join our collaborative Clinical team as a part-time professional. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a schedule ranging from 8-24 hours per week. As a Therapist with Two Chairs, you'll have the opportunity to deliver high-quality, data-driven therapy to clients, while being supported by a comprehensive suite of resources and benefits.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Care
- Conduct therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based psychotherapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
- Integrate technology into your practice, leveraging data-driven insights to inform treatment decisions and modify therapeutic approaches as needed
- Communicate effectively with other mental health providers, providing referrals and collaborating on client care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to HIPAA standards and state licensing regulations
- Participate in one-on-one consultation and group consultation sessions, fostering ongoing growth and professional development
Essential Qualifications: Expertise and Experience
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A valid license in California, with one of the following license types: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- At least two years of clinical experience treating adult individuals (18+)
- Experience practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies
- Proficiency in utilizing clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
- A minimum of 6 months experience providing teletherapy
- Familiarity with electronic health/medical record systems and HIPAA standards
