Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-obsessed, and results-driven self-starter to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. This role is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value relationships that drive new product selection, competitive pricing, and convenience to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing product selection gaps and executing go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform, maximizing our product selection and customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and continuously monitoring competitor efforts.
- Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Guiding sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
- Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve seller issues.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of successful enterprise-class sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales targets using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience promoting new products/offers into new markets is strongly preferred.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be highly enthusiastic about success and winning.
- Remarkable business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
- Comfortable with complex financial data and polished communication skills, including speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of e-commerce experience.
