Job Summary

The Remote Data Entry Specialist will be accountable for performing everyday reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternative Investments. The essential deliverables of this role consist of, but are not limited to, refining exchange deal transactions in client accounts and identifying/addressing discrepancies identified between blithequark and the fund business or transfer representatives. This function also possesses responsibility for processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions activity, and processing/reconciling dividend activity. The specialist may also be depended on to conduct research of complex/escalated concerns, perform testing/validation of new technology augmentations, and vendor adjustments.
