Job Summary
The Remote Data Entry Specialist will be accountable for performing everyday reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternative Investments. The essential deliverables of this role consist of, but are not limited to, refining exchange deal transactions in client accounts and identifying/addressing discrepancies identified between blithequark and the fund business or transfer representatives. This function also possesses responsibility for processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions activity, and processing/reconciling dividend activity. The specialist may also be depended on to conduct research of complex/escalated concerns, perform testing/validation of new technology augmentations, and vendor adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform everyday reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternative Investments
- Refine exchange deal transactions in client accounts and identify/address discrepancies
- Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions activity, and process/reconcile dividend activity
- Conduct research of complex/escalated concerns and perform testing/validation of new technology augmentations and vendor adjustments
- Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
- Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce
- Interact with and work with blithequark Clearing in our everyday relationships with fund companies, transfer brokers, converse organizations, and other outside business partners
Accountabilities and Evaluation
The Remote Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for:
- Review of registration arrangements or transactions requests
- Client/Advisor level exemptions
- Governing responsibilities (Examples: 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconciliation of Field, Dividend, and Move Breaks
- Getting Back Together all over BOS and Fund Business
- Evaluation and interpretation of suitable tax programming and corrections of tax coding
- Complication Handling Internal/External device improvements or issues
- Source of ruptures between blithequark, the Fund, etc.
- Providing method or technology service choices to Control
- Remediating transactions issues with the Fund or Opposite Company
- Customer or Business Partner Service
- Answering service partner questions concerning Fund specific requirements/eligibility
- Providing act on Alternative Investment transactions to quicken the client request or remediate not in good order concerns
- Timely and exact conclusion of customer exchanging and dividend demands
