Job Summary

We're seeking a focused and diligent Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for collecting and capturing data into our databases in a timely and accurate manner. You'll liaise with employees and customers to gather information, identify and correct errors, and bring them to the attention of relevant parties. Key Responsibilities

• Database Management: Maintain and update our databases by entering new and updated customer and account information.
• Data Collection: Collect information from employees and customers, and capture data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner.
• Error Identification and Correction: Identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
• Data Entry: Enter customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
• Data Verification: Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
• File Maintenance: Purge files to eliminate duplication of data and ensure data integrity.
• System Testing: Test customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data.
• Data Security: Secure information by completing database backups.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Data entry experience or related office experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer courses or experience with data entry software.
