Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you will play a crucial role in handling the end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) process, including the design and programming of customer experience surveys. Your expertise will help us transform and innovate our VOC method, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a competitive hourly rate of $35.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, leveraging your knowledge of VOC methods to drive transformation and innovation.
- Develop and maintain a strong data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions, utilizing technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
- Design and build big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through extensive testing at various levels.
- Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency, leveraging your expertise in Agile methodologies and delivery.
- Work closely with partners from various teams to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, and development launch management and troubleshooting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data-driven projects.
- Active collaboration with product owners and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery, with experience working in small increments to introduce products to business groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Qualtrics or similar survey and dashboard platforms.
