We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and organized Data Analyst to join our Built for Zero team. This role is crucial in using data and technology to deliver actionable insights to our internal staff and the communities within the Built for Zero movement. As a core member of the Products team, you will provide support through data analysis and technology, contributing to the development of a cohesive, high-functioning data ecosystem. Your work will be pivotal in ensuring our tools are accessible, designed with the user in mind, and ready to scale to support more communities and projects.

Community Solutions offers competitive salaries and benefits packages. The salary range for this position is between $76,834-$89,406, commensurate with experience. We also provide opportunities for professional growth, a collaborative work environment, and the satisfaction of contributing to a critical social cause.
Up to 5 days of travel per month may be required for team retreats, community visits, and other on-site trainings or convenings.
