About the Job

As a Remote Data Analyst and Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytics techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions. You will work closely with our content team to analyze customer behavior, identify untapped customer needs, and optimize our content launch and episode release strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply advanced analytics techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning, to drive business decisions
- Analyze customer behavior, including viewing patterns and preferences, to identify untapped customer needs and opportunities for content optimization
- Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions and optimize content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions
- Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business decisions
- Effectively communicate complex results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the entertainment or media industry
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and/or Python
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
