To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to type at a minimum of 35-40 words per minute. Prior call center experience is highly preferred, along with a strong attendance record and computer navigation skills. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
