• Interpreting and entering new or reordered prescriptions into our pharmacy data system
• Communicating and collecting copay amounts, obtaining approvals, and collaborating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams
• Monitoring, identifying, resolving, and approving orders with records of sales or clinical issues
• Providing empathetic and genuine care to patients and clients, ensuring timely processing of specialty drugs and meeting financial and clinical expectations

Essential Qualifications: Skills and Experience Required

• One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications
• One year of PC keyboarding experience, with demonstrated skills and proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent required
