About the Role

arenaflex is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join its Customer Success team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting and consulting potential and current parent-clients, and building scalable systems and processes for a great customer journey. Key Responsibilities

Work Hours and Environment

The Remote Customer Service Representative will work 30-40 hours per week, with a schedule of 8:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time).
