Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and solution-focused customer service professionals to join our team. As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will enable you to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming borrower, agent, and lender calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Work the outbound call queue and outbound max queue by making outbound calls or web verification
• Accurately compose written information for loan histories of customers
• Verify, key, and/or memo insurance information with precision and attention to detail
• Process insurance information received from agents, lenders, and borrowers on our internal tracking system
• Review insurance policies for compliance with lender requirements
• Distribute and exchange information with others in a timely and efficient manner
• Meet set goals and assigned workload expectations for productivity
• Mentor fellow co-workers as requested by supervisor

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Data entry and keyboard knowledge required
• Call center experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to read and apply common sense understanding to simple instructions, short correspondence, oral/written instructions, and memos
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
