Essential Qualifications
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, with 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled, with a reliable internet speed and broadband connection, is necessary for success in this role.
- A secure area in the home to work from, free from distractions and interruptions, is required, with the understanding that although this is a Work from Home position, you must be located in the Clearwater / Tampa, FL area.

- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, is highly desirable.
