About the Role: Customer Service Representative (Remote)
We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities:

- Active Listening & Problem Solving: Listen actively to customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback, providing accurate information and effective solutions to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot & Escalate: Troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed to ensure that customers receive the support they need.
- Product & Service Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers, enhancing their experience and building trust.
- Data Management: Input and update customer information in the company's database during and after each interaction, ensuring that our records are accurate and current.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with team members and cross-functional departments to enhance the overall customer experience, sharing insights and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
