As a Remote Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technicians based on location, and fostering a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team.
