**The Role of a Customer Care Professional**
As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients. You'll be responsible for receiving in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim, listening to their concerns, and working with them to find a resolution. You'll also use your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues.

**Work Schedule:**
* This job is 40 hours a week and shifts are usually (not always) 5 consecutive days on with 2 consecutive dates off for 8 hour shifts
* Shifts can change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability
* We pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked
**Training and Development:**
* When you start, we'll train you in a combination of virtual "class room" and "on the job" training that's typically 6 weeks long but can vary in duration
* Class room training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm EST with a lunch break
