About the Role

Responsibilities
Remote Content Writer
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content for various purposes, including promotional materials, blog posts, social media content, and more.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on assigned topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Public Relations, and Content Development, to align content with company objectives.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, and adherence to Netflix's style and brand guidelines.
- Content Optimization: Optimize content for SEO and engagement across different platforms.
Sr Expert, Sales Incentive Compensation
- Program Development: Design and implement a new Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC) program to support the Advertising business.
- Analytical Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to inform SIC program design, standard setting, and management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales leaders, finance, HR, talent, legal, and other Netflix teams to set and control SIC policies and programs.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues and develop solutions to support the SIC program.
- Change Management: Communicate program changes and updates to stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
Remote Content Writer
- Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in content writing, journalism, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of content optimization for SEO and engagement.
Sr Expert, Sales Incentive Compensation
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales operations, compensation design, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of sales incentive compensation programs.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
