We are now seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Call Center Business Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with new and existing commercial and industrial customers, selling customized products and services for their business, retaining existing customers, and delivering superior customer service to our valued customers. As a key member of our inside sales team, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls, building customer and brand loyalty, creating customized solutions, and proactively promoting blithequark's products and services to existing customers for cross/up-sell opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and excellent research, investigation, and problem-resolution skills. You should also have strong verbal, written, typing, and interpersonal communication skills, with Spanish bilingual fluency being a plus.
