About Your Work

The Appointment Scheduler role is a critical component of our patient care efforts, working closely with administrative, clinical, and management teams to ensure seamless support for our patients. Under general supervision, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, conducting outbound calls to prospective patients, handling objections, and tracking scheduling metrics.
