Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Tester and Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and areas of improvement to ensure the delivery of high-quality and error-free solutions
- Anticipating and testing dependencies such as new software and hardware releases
- Documenting comprehensive and reproducible unit tests
- Creating and sourcing test assets
- Reviewing up to 8 projects at a time to ensure they meet our strict quality standards
- Ensuring projects adhere to strict security standards and best practices
- Providing ongoing support to customers, including onboarding new users, performing demos, and holding office hours
- Creating support documentation such as user guides and release notes
- Responding to support tickets and managing access groups
- Administering application pages and ensuring releases are up-to-date
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience working in a QC or QA role, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Advanced experience with Apple hardware and software, as well as experience troubleshooting, debugging, and isolating issues
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test case management tools
- Strong attention to detail and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to respond quickly and clearly to customer inquiries
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies
Preferred Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology
