As a Process Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our pricing analytics & operations team. You will be responsible for auditing operations teams' and system outputs, suggesting and implementing process/system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends. Key Responsibilities
As a Process Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Auditing operations teams' and system outputs to ensure accuracy and quality
- Suggesting and implementing process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Identifying emerging process performance trends and providing recommendations for improvement
- Tracking and maintaining quality metrics for assigned processes
- Collaborating with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
- Developing and maintaining process documentation and procedures
- Providing training and support to team members on process improvements and best practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, operations, or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
