Essential Qualifications

- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth through data-driven insights
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, and Java, and experience with machine learning frameworks such as SKLearn, XGBoost, and TensorFlow
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree in software engineering, operations research, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
- Experience in the transportation industry, with a deep understanding of the business and its challenges
