Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications and performing pharmacy tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process prescriptions, including data entry, labeling, and counting of medications.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Current licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in the state where you reside (requirements vary by state).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
- Basic math skills, including ability to count and manage cash.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting (up to 30 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably in a retail or hospital setting.
- PTCB certification.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology.
