About the Role
The Pharmacist - Centralized Services is responsible for executing patient intervention pharmacy programs, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves working closely with clinical networks, providing expert guidance to pharmacists and field leaders, and staying up-to-date with industry developments. As a remote worker, you will be expected to work independently, manage multiple projects, and maintain excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute direct patient care programs, including Medicine Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.
- Drive the implementation of various field-tested strategies and initiatives to ensure business needs are being met.
- Ensure regional pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines.
- Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies with the company's financial goals.
- Provide expertise, resources, training, and support to pharmacists and field initiatives.
- Conduct data and clinical reviews and take necessary actions to ensure the accuracy and suitability of medications.
- Review drug profiles and patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment.
- Provide personalized patient/supplier discussion and win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns.
- Give input concerning the effectiveness of the Client Retention Program, including feedback from patients on the value of individual discussions.
- Answer all inquiries, discourses, and gives that relate directly to patient treatment.
- Provide clinical conferences and data to patients, specialists, and protection plans on a case-by-case basis.
- Perform other work consistently with the gig obligations in this record as allowed by the board.
- Keep rules and strategies for all occupation obligations to meet objectives.
- Comply with organization approaches and methodology, including all HIPAA rules/guidelines.
- Ensure consistency with government, state, and nearby drug store regulations.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and at least one (1) year of experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Current Pharmacist permit as allowed by the proper state authorizing authority.
- Experience propelling colleagues to research and determine issues.
- Experience working with classified data.
- Able to work non-standard hours, which might include nights, events, or potentially ends of the week.
- Experience utilizing time usage abilities, such as focusing on/sorting out and following subtleties and fulfilling time constraints of different tasks with shifting finish dates.
- Experience creating approaches to achieving objectives with practically no management, contingent upon oneself to finish targets and it is important to decide when acceleration of issues.
- Experience giving client assistance to inward and outside clients, including satisfying quality guidelines for administrations, and assessment of consumer loyalty.
- Able to head out up to 10% of the ideal opportunity for business purposes (inside state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Readiness to acquire other state drug store licenses if necessary.
- Information on protection plans.

- Fundamental level expertise in Microsoft Succeed, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
